There are primarily one of two reasons a dishwasher will leak water. The most common reason is that there’s an issue with the door closure or latch and the part will need a replacement. The second issue is a failed water inlet valve that can be fixed soon after our arrival to your home. DOESN’T START

First, if a dishwasher does not start or turn on, you should ensure the appliance is plugged in and none of the circuit breakers in the kitchen tripped. If that’s not the problem, the issue could be coming from the door latch switches, electronic controls, thermal fuses or motor relays.

DOESN’T DRAIN/FILL

Your dishwasher is designed to fill up with water and drain the water after cleaning the dishes. A dishwasher won’t fill if there is a broken door latch or float switch or broken water inlet valve. A dishwasher will not drain if there is a malfunctioning drain hose or pump motor on the unit.

WON’T CLEAN DISHES

A dishwasher isn’t much use if dishes are dirty following a cycle. The dishes will sometimes be dirty when there is a broken housing gasket, water tube or filter or spray arm. We have manufacturer parts available to repair these dishwasher problems fast.

WON’T DRY DISHES

The reasons to own a dishwasher is for it to wash and dry dishes. You do not want to have to hand dry dishes and silverware after a cycle. Your dishwasher does not dry when there is a broken heating element, rinse aid dispenser or thermostat.
